Program Details

Commission Rate

Affiliates earn up to 10% commission on the net revenue of every qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link. Net revenue is the sale price minus any applicable taxes, discounts, and payment processing fees.

Cookie Duration

When a customer clicks your affiliate link, a 30-day cookie is set. If the customer completes a purchase within 30 days of that click, you earn the commission — even if the customer does not buy immediately.

Payment

Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month. Payments are issued via PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days after the month closes, provided your balance meets the minimum payout threshold of €50. If your balance is below the threshold, it rolls over to the next month.

Qualifying Purchases

A qualifying purchase is any completed sale of a The Note Audio product that originates from your unique affiliate link, is not subsequently refunded, and complies with the program guidelines. Self-referral purchases (purchases you make through your own link) do not qualify.

Program Guidelines

Permitted Promotion

You are welcome to promote The Note Audio products through your website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, YouTube videos, podcasts, online courses, and forums. All affiliate-generated content must be honest, accurate, and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines).

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Bidding on "The Note Audio" or related brand terms in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Using misleading, deceptive, or false claims about The Note Audio products.
  • Generating artificial or fraudulent traffic, clicks, or purchases.
  • Distributing spam or unsolicited messages containing affiliate links.
  • Using coupon or deal sites to intercept organic traffic.
  • Impersonating The Note Audio or creating content that implies an official endorsement unless explicitly authorized.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for any reason by providing written notice via email. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid within 60 days. Any commissions associated with disqualified or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
