Precision DComp is a surgical upward expander that restores punch, depth, and natural dynamics to sources flattened by heavy compression or limiting. Instead of pushing peaks down, it intelligently lifts signal above a set threshold — re-expanding transients and micro-dynamics without pumping or artifacts. Full control over threshold, ratio, attack, release, hold, makeup, adjustable Knee, and a Max Boost ceiling keeps expansion smooth and in control. A real-time Transfer Curve and dual L/R gain metering show exactly how your signal is being reshaped, with linked or independent stereo detection. A flexible sidechain section with HPF, LPF, Listen mode, and External Sidechain input lets you trigger expansion from any source in your session.
